I sat rocking Lizzy on the deck of our chalet. Overwhelmed by the view in my lap, I looked through the trees and the spectacular view in front of me brought the words to the hymn, This Is My Father’s World, to mind. The melody began to play through my heart just as my fingers have played them on the piano for over sixty years. Oh, heavenly father, thank you for stirring my heart with the beauty you have provided through text, song, nature, and grandchildren!
